- No stealing from self or bots

- Added +2% star chance on trick or treat

- Added +5% lollipop chance on trick or treat

- Improved sickness level display in cinventory command

- Version command added

- Improved steal mechanics with more varied outcomes

- Targeted stealing now allowed
