Explosion now throws affected entities, fixes probability/severi… (#732)

* throwforce and probability fixes for explosions

Applies force to all affected by explosion entities with ItemComponent
Fixes probability issues with explosion related callbacks

* dependency fix, throw helper

* delete TODO
