* initial commit

* adds astronav cartridge to QM locker

* changes requested in review

* fix merge conflicts

* fixes the statuscontrol disappearing if you eject the cartridge but still have it installed

* fix notificationsenabled on salv pda proto

* fixes lingering statuscontrol on eject while held
