* adds roller skates

* removed hascomp and changed addcomp to ensurecomp, modified to _random, _stun

* remove icon from type: sprite

* sorted dependencies

* skates no longer added skater component to user, movmeentspeedmodifier and damagehighspeedimpact had access removed.
