Storage system refactor & map init. ...
* Demonstrated map init working with guns, toolboxes, tool lockers.
* Refactored EntityStorage and ServerStorage to have a common interface.
* EntityStorage no longer uses ServerStorage PURELY for visuals.
Use an appearance visualizer instead.
