* VIM Door Stuck Fix

Vim No longer gets stuck in doors.

* VIM has Passenger Access

Debug Tested on the wrong map. Much easier solution. Just give the mech Access tags.

* Moved tags to proper VIM.

Moved access tag to the non-admin VIM.
